Reception

The reception is open from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. We speak Italian and English.


Arrivals and departures

Thanks to the 24h automatic access system, it is possible to arrive at any time without time agreements. Upon arrival, guests will receive a key set to make them completely independent (no curfew). The rooms are accessible from 12.00 pm and checkout is within 10.30 am.


Breakfast

Breakfast service is not included in the room rate so everybody is free to choose as they wish. Our continental breakfast can be requested at any of the bars and cafes located in proximity of the property. The price for a continental breakfast starts from 3,50 euros per person.


Free use kitchen

The big shared kitchen is freely available for all our guests at any time, so not only for breakfast but for lunch or dinner too. It is possible to prepare light meals so to have the chance to spare big budgets. The kitchen is provided with stove, microwave oven, fridge, sink and kitchenware.

What is included in the rate of each room



Car parking

We strongly recommend to come to Florence without a car, however we have an agreement with a garage close to us (approx. 500 meters) which will apply a special reduced rate starting from 25,00 euros, depending on car size and value, per 24 hours car parking. The garage is open from 7.00am to 02.00am and offers free valet service on call at +39 055 2381857.


Under 18 guests

Children up to 3 years old can be accomodated in the room with adult relatives, in bed with high edges (max 1 per room).
Guests up to 14 years old can be accomodated in the room with an adult relative, in a standard bed.
Guests up to 18 years old can be accomodated only if 1 adult relative also stays as a guest.


Animals

We do not accept animals of any kind or size.


Smoking

It is not allowed to smoke in any of our rooms nor in public areas.


Reservations

We do not accept phone reservations. To be valid the reservation request must include credit card details or be preceeded by a deposit by bank transfer for an amount equal to 50% of the entire reservation value (1 night per room minimum). In case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded accordingly to our cancellation policy, with the deduction of all expenses and commissions sustained.


Museum reservations

All of the most important Florentine museums accept ticket reservations; the booking can be made online through the official museum center website: Polo museale fiorentino (the service cost is 4,00 euros for each booked ticket). During the high season it is strongly recommended to book tickets for Uffizi and Accademia galleries.
